HOSHI is a sushi bar and Japanese restaurant on Audrey Avenue, part of Stellina Hospitality. Our menu brings together sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, and Japanese kitchen dishes, alongside sake, cocktails, and wine.
The name.
HOSHI means “star” in Japanese, sharing a connection with our sister restaurants: Stellina, meaning “little star” in Italian, and L’Étoile, meaning “the star” in French.

HOSHI offers seating at the sushi bar and in the dining room. Join us for lunch, dinner, or a chef-selected omakase tasting at the sushi bar.

Chef’s Omakase is served Tuesday through Saturday, with one seating at 7pm, exclusively at the sushi bar, for parties of 2–4 guests. Reservations are required and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
